Oklahoma Secretary of State records show McCall’s family owned Hope Medical Clinic Corporation, a non-profit health clinic in Atoka. Federal spending records confirm the clinic accepted a $6,000 Community Facilities Grant in 2009 funded by the Obama Administration’s American Recovery and Reinvestment Act — better known as the Obama stimulus.
